Ten years of Blue Seedling called for more than one celebration, so we threw three: Las Vegas, Buenos Aires, and New York.
Las Vegas
Several of us were already in town for Black Hat, supporting six of our clients on the show floor. When Day 1 wrapped, the crew went straight to a magic show and over-the-top candy martinis. Not a bad way to toast a decade.
Buenos Aires
Global teammates flew in to join our local crew for a full week, opening with rooftop cocktails and closing with a tango show. In between, we took over a coworking space to trade client notes, run an AI hackathon, and dig into the State of the Agency. We also fit in a two-hour city bus tour of Buenos Aires’ most iconic spots, with plenty of medialunas along the way.
New York
A welcome dinner kicked things off. The rest of the trip mixed client time with team time: a visit to the Novee office, a meeting with the Stravito team, a morning of coworking, and lunch in Bryant Park. We closed with a friends and family happy hour with skyline views at Ophelia, up on the Grand Terrace of the Beekman Tower.
Why it mattered
Most days, our team works across time zones, in Slack threads and on video calls. These three weeks put us in the same room, with clients, with each other, and in the cities some of us call home. Ten years in, that quality time is what keeps Blue Seedling feeling like one team, no matter how far apart we are.
Here’s to the next ten, wherever our celebrations take us.
This is what working at Blue Seedling actually looks like. The best people, great clients, and a lot of fun along the way. Want in? Check out our careers page.
